Dr. Nina Chiabo is a physical therapist with a lifelong passion for fitness and wellness.  She has extensive work experience in hospitals, outpatient clinics and private homes.  She initiated, developed and implemented the women's health program for RWJ Rahway Hospital and later supervised its outpatient PT clinic.  Her aspirations of working more personally within the fitness and wellness field and desire to travel lead her to join Patagonia Fitness.
Over the last few years Nina has been working with private clients and also continues to be affiliated with two outpatient clinics.  She specializes in preventative wellness and enjoys educating her clients on proper nutrition to achieve lasting results.  She likes to incorporate outdoor activities, aquatic exercises and focused strength training sessions to help her clients achieve their goals.  Nina also draws on her physical therapy knowledge to work with clients who need mobility assistance within all aspects of daily routines at home or while away.
Nina's passion for staying active has motivated many of her clients, friends and family to push beyond their comfort zones and compete in triathlons, half marathons and various charity events.  She continues to challenge herself and others to lead a fit, healthy and positive lifestyle.
