We started providing quality fitness training 25 years ago. With Patagonia Fitness, we embarked on a journey to continue growing and developing our education and approach to be the most highly skilled trainers to the clients we serve.

We are fitness experts who are also doctors of physical therapy, so you can count on us to train, educate, and coach you right! No matter where you find yourself in the continuum of fitness and whatever your needs, we are here to progress together.

We offer private one on one fitness sessions and specialized group classes. Our sessions with our clients usually integrate coaching guidance, nutrition education, injury prevention strategies, and accountability goals. You can be sure that your sessions with us will be more than just great workouts.
